…great products. Expensive but worth the money.

Does exactly what's described, app connection is consistent and easy to use

The picture on the Amazon product page for the 24/12 40 shows three stainless steel bolt/nut connections. What arrives is some old style push on connector tabs (see accompanying pics). It kinda ticks me off when what is pictured isn't what arrives.Also, the instructions are abysmal (see accompanying pics).I'll be returning and buying the 70 amp version.

Wish I had bought this one first...The support was excellent.

The casing was cracked with one of the feet when I opened the box for installation. I waited too long, outside window of return. I guess JB-Weld is in my future.I love Victron products. Got burned on a inexpensive part.

All the photos in the product description show the new 3 lug model for connections - the one sent however uses quick connectors. Wasn’t too pleased about that. Sure enough, had it arch on me because the connections are so close together. Misleading & will be returning for a refund.

It’s constantly on the switch doesn’t shut it off anymore. Is there a fuse inside or is it a diode is burned out

Easy to arc off and burn it up.
