I am typically a 5 hour a night sleeper with 30 mins of REM. I toss and turn for days and then crash really hard one night but still feel exhausted. Then I repeat the cycle.I used Nuun tablets when I started with keto to help ward off the keto flu so when I saw this I figured I would give them a shot. I ordered one sleeve of 10. 7 days in i was ordering this 10 pack. I am only waking once a night to let me dog out. Im dropping right back into sleep. Im not tossing and turning. I feel more rested when I wake up. This has been a life saver for me!

I tried this last night for the first time and slept through a tornado watch, severe thunderstorm, lightning and torrential rainstorm. I’d say it works!!!
