Bought these a few years ago for the kids on long road trips. They have been on some trips from Salt Lake City to Anaheim a few times and the two we have run just fine for almost the entire car ride. Only downfall is the sound isn’t that great on its own. We end up putting on through an aux cable through the car stereo and they don’t do really that well connecting two together to share the same video feed. But still satisfied on the buy

this DVD player is a great portable DVD player for the money. that being said, it has two major setbacks. one, the car adapter cord actually caught on fire in the car. that is sorta a big deal, it melted the cord and it is useless. However, I'm sure a new cord is cheap and easy top find. number 2, it doesn't play any video files. except avi's and even then, there is no picture, just sound. other minor problems are, the instructions are all badly translated Chinese, it looks like the used google tranlate. This is a foreign product, do not expect good customer service if any at all. other than that some pro's are: The "Game function" is actually an NES emulator, so I put super mario bros. 3 on an sd card, and it works fine. Rom's are free from the internet, just download and extract files onto an SD card (it reads .nes files). Also, the AV input is great, i can play my PS2 on it. I'll give it 4 stars if I get some good customer service, and 5 stars if it starts playing video files.

Not worth the money. Only good quality...it doesn't skip. Sometimes it works...sometimes you have to open and close it again to get it turning. The remote is cheap and the buttons stuck down...I have to use my nail to push it back up. Cheap!!! And only 2 months after purchase the remote stopped working completely. Tried installing new batteries but still does not work. Send seller an email...was offered a refund of 8 dollars towards the purchase of a universal remote. Clearly...I got a lemon.

I just got this item today and tried to use it. I really bought it because it has an analog TV receiver. It was supposed to be my kitchen TV so I won't miss my shows while I'm cooking, cleaning, etc. First of all I would like to say that the instructions are pretty difficult to understand. I can barely call that English. I have not been able to figure out how the TV part works, the gaming system does not seem to work either. I haven't yet tried to figure out the radio but don't have much hope for that. If you are looking for just a DVD player, it works well. Just pop the DVD in and it starts up right away and the picture looks good.

Very handy, Seems to be sturdy. I use it everyday to play my sons homeschool cd's and mp3.The only small problem is that the battery doesn't seem to last very long. We just leave it plugged in most of the time.

I love this little EVD player. It plays my region 1 and 2 DVD's which is exactly what I needed. It's small and light which makes it easy to transport and use in coffee shops or take to a friends houses. It comes with all the cords you need to charge it or hook it up to a TV and a remote. The only issue I had was it's late arrival to my house.

it's ok for small kids to play is game and video..
