Dish Network UHF Remote Antenna

controller stopped working checked back of device and notice antenna was broken. it is different design than original but it worked perfectly.

First, kudos to the seller. I received this item in 2 days.I can't really say it doesn't work, because it did.I connected it to Antenna on the back of my flat screen HDTV 1080i TV. I then did a scan. Scan showed that I picked up 12 digital channels and 2 analog channels. I was only able to tune into 6 channels, 2 of which were broadcasted from Mexico. None of the channels was the channel that I really wanted. On a few of the channels, the audio skipped. Don't know if this means that I need to connect audio cables. The picture is awesome, however. Much better HD reception than my provider.There is no TV guide that I know of, since I haven't used one in decades. So I don't know how you would know the time that the programs will broadcast. I can't stand to tune into a program that has started. I like to see beginning and ending credits. So this would be an issue for me. I do recognize some of the station letters, like KFMB, but others are foreign to me.Anyhow, my goal was not to get rid of my satellite provider, I've already downgraded to basic TV, and I have Roku's attached to all TV's. I just wanted to be able to get CBS for a particular program that my satellite provider keeps pre-empting, because the previous show keeps running over it's designated time slot.So I am on the hunt for a better antenna that will get CBS.UPDATE:Should've researched more before submitting review.I went to antenna web, entered my zip code. I should be able to get 33 free local channels, CBS included. This site also broke down each channel by its RF channel number. For example, channel 8.1 is KFMB CBS RF channel 8.It also directed me to titantv.com for a schedule. While I was not able to pull up the schedule. I'm encouraged that a schedule should be available somewhere online.Maybe I will get rid of basic satellite TV if this works. Yaaay!Last update, I hope!This device did not get CBS because it is VHF in my area. Both CBS & ABC are VHF in my area.

Can be difficult to put on sytvs

My kid stole the last one. This is a direct replacement.

Installed it and it works most if the time, the range is not very good from my living room to my bedroom its only about 65 feet and i have 2 walls for it to go through, overall still works most if the time I give it 4 stars..

DUO NOT BUY THIS! The antenna is flimsy and the threads aren't even the right type. This company does not give refunds either.

I was looking for a replacement antenna for my Dish HD receiver, and found this little beauty! Works great, looks just like the original, and has been sending the RF signal to my adjacent room like a champ! Very nice!

We lost our antenna and this was exact one

Used with a Bell Canada PVR (same hardware as Dish). Appears to be a new piece of original equipment. Works perfectly.
