It works !
My 2011 Silverado with 240,000 on it has been a very dependable vehicle. One month in and little to no oil loss. I was adding a quart every 10 days so I’m pleased. No side effects are apparent to this looks like a winner. I will update over the next three months and advise.

Good solid product STP is one of the longest standing makers of all additives unlike some of the newer competitors who just stick their name on the side of a race car and claim their product is good

Really thick - have to dilute it with oil to get it all out of the bottle
Not sure if this will help extend the life of the engine. But if it does what it says it does then hopefully it will .The one slight comment I have to make, is that it's very thick, which makes it difficult to pour it out through a funnel and into the engine. I actually worried if this might even fill up many of those small passageways in the engine and actually cause oil starvation until it's fully mixed in .I ended up pouring it in small amounts, and then adding engine oil into the bottle and giving it all a good shake. Did this 5 or 6 times until the bottle could be emptied easily.The engine seems to misfire slightly on starting now, which it didn't do before I put this stuff in. But of course that could be just coincidence.
