This wire is excellent. Avoid the cheaper alternatives on Amazon or elsewhere -- this is true gauge wire with a very nice jacket.

I'm pleased, it's a quality product which arrived a day early. I like the quality anddispensing packaging. Would recommend to anyone who does wiring projects for hobbies, music or any interest where wiring is necessary. Rich T.

I wish the blue was the bright blue shown in the picture. It is very dark. If that doesn't matter, this is a great product for the price.

Nice wire

Nice tinned copper wire for a very reasonable price. Most of the other wire in this price range is aluminum or copper class aluminum (CCA). This seems of much higher quality.

This wire is perfect for a variety of electrical and electronic applications. I like the gauge and color of the wire, and it has suited me well for many electronics projects where I was worried about the amperage.

Just what I needed. I miss the old days when I could run down to Radio Shack and buy something like this in various wire sizes. Nice selection of colors, sometimes you need more than just black or red... Wire insulation strips easily for doing hookups. wire strands are thick, making the wire sort of stiff. Not as stiff as solid wire, but not as flexible as some other wire, either. Great stuff.

With six colors of wire and a convenient box for dispensing, this is very handing for wiring small electronic projects. UL Type 1007 wire is rated AWM, which is UL approved for internal wiring of appliances, but is equally suitable for electronic use up to 300 volts. Consult "wire ampacity" or "wire current ratings" tables available on the web for maximum current capacity, bearing in mind that wires in free air have more capacity than wire in bundles or multi-wire cables.
