These do not seem to program to my car. Ford Mustang 2005. I tried using the standard method with the 2 original keys. Ace Hardware tried with their scanner/programmer and the local locksmith also failed. It looks like I am stuck with a separate key and remote. I suspect they do not have the correct chip in them. The remote works but the car will not start.

I actually prefer this integrated version to the original key with a separate fob style that came with my car. Programming them with my two old keys was simple, once I reviewed several different websites with their slightly different variations on how to program my particular make and model of car. I chose the one that seemed to have been written by a human who actually had programmed a key or two before rather than just copy the directions from another site.

Little cheap in the feel, but works great and eliminates the extra fob on my key ring. Had local locksmith program key to the ecu. That was pricy. Cost 65 for each key to be cut and programed. Dealer wanted about 150 for all the labor and key cutting.

Relatively easy to program after checking youtube. Operates locks, but won't start the vehicle.

I like the price of the keys , but the Ford dealer programed them to start the vehicle but could not program them to lock and unlock the doors . I would not have bought them if I would have known that !!! UPDATE ... So the dealership told me these keys could not be programmed to lock and unlock which was a lie , I watched a YouTube video and within 5 minutes I had to keys programmed to unlock and lock perfectly.

Webpage said these fit my 2007 Escape. I took them to the Ford dealership and the guy said they may not work because it's not the style used that year. I cancelled my service appointment and walked out. I contacted KeylessOption via phone (no answer for days) and by email. Needless to say, the dealer was correct. After cutting the keys he went to program them and they won't even fit in the ignition. The button pad is too fat to fit in all of the way. When I brought my daughters 2012 Escape it only had one key, which was not the original so I bought these keys on Amazon. The dealer wanted $290 to provide one new key & program it. The locksmith wanted $175 for one new key and programming. I used the 30-day trial version of FORScan along with the Veepeak USB OBD2 Adapter for FORScan to program the keys so that they would start the car & they worked just fine. Buying the 2 keys and OBD2 adapter cost me $60 & that was much better than paying the dealer $280 for only one key. The keys did not come with the instructions to program the buttons to work so a searched online. I would have given 5 stars had instructions been included.Here are the instructions to program the key fob (this does not program to start the car):1. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, with the 8th time ending in RUN.2. Within 20 seconds press any button on the first keyless remote to be programmed.3. Within 20 seconds press any button on the second keyless remote.4. Turn ignition to OFF.Following the instructions above I was able to get the buttons on the key FOB to work. I'm not sure if following the instructions was able to program the key in order for it to start the car because I had already used the FORScan software to program that portion of the key but the FORScan did not program the buttons on the remote.

great price which is a fraction of the dealers price. had to find a guy on kijiji to program them unless you buy the programmer along with them or go to a dealer and pay the premium price for set up there.

works find other than opening trunk
