PowerLead Controller for Nintendo Wii, Built in Motion Plus Remote and Nunchuck Controller Compatible with Nintendo Wii and Wii U + Silicon Case (Blue)

I've had 3rd party controllers in the past that didn't work out. This is the first with motion included that I try, and it looks like it works quite well, motions register accurately, sound works properly. Those "New 2 in 1" markings do look kind of ... funky on what would otherwise be a discretely black controller, but oh well :)

I needed a new wii remote control as the last original one died. So looking at reviews on amazon I decided on this one. I ordered a white one and it arrived the next day, it works as good as the original remote and has motion plus as well. After a few days of heavy use by my 8 year old grandson I ordered a black one. I could have got cheaper, I didn't need the nunchuck which works well, they are good quality replacement products that I'm very happy with.

I've tested this in several games (Super Mario Galaxy 2, Wii Play Motion, Skyward Sword and more) and it's been faultless. It works on the Dolphin emulator as well, should you be fed up of playing games in 480p (at best!). For the most part if feels like the original Ninti controllers, with the exception that the Z and C buttons on the nunchuck feel a little cheap. That said, I effectively paid £9 for each wiimote/nunchuck combo so I think very slightly wobbly buttons isn't really an issue.

The products were well-packed and the motion controller feels good to hold. Motion Plus is built in, so no need for a plug-in module, as was required with original. A silicon sleeve and a safety cord is included too.It looks virtually identical to the original Wii mote and is far less expensive. Have tested on many games, both on Wii and Wii U, and the sensitivity and control is fine. I have not tried the Nunchuck, so cannot comment on that yet. Perhaps the best endorsement I can give is that this is my second purchase of this device - I'm a happy customer!

I used it 3 times since I received it last week and for now it's perfect. I use it with the Dolphin Emulator and works very well. I will update this review if anything goes wrong in the next few months.

Just what I was looking for and a bonus that it included a grip as feels so much better then the clunky feel of it normally.

Very good value for money, fantastically good controller. The Controller buttons and levers work accurately. High quality material, precise, precise assembly and beautiful joints. Each controller is a precision instrument. They need careful treatment. If you do not drop or toss it, you will enjoy playing game to game for a long time. I am satisfied and highly recommend the purchase! Five stars!
