OK, quick and to the point. This does everything it says, and certainly everything we needed, at a price that is half what many like it would have cost. It's accurate (tested against several airport scales, and within half a pound), it's small and lightweight, extremely portable. In fact, the worst issue (the only issue) is that it is small enough to vanish into luggage pockets and be hard to find if, say, your spouse (whom you love dearly) were to "help you" by putting stuff away, and put it into the wron... er, a DIFFERENT pocket than YOU use (for example). And then you couldn't find it for a trip and a half (but it was fine, right dear? We never really needed it then, so you forgive me, right, dear?). So, yeah, well, back to the PERTINENT matters, it is very small, so don't misplace it. And it works well (when you can find it, dear, yes, I remember). Forgive does not equal forget. Right, dear.Net-net, this thing works great, costs less than others like it, and will do what you need it to do (keep you under the 50 lbs weight limit per bag, even if your darling is a wine lover and wants to bring back a dozen bottles that each weigh... oh, sorry dear!) So buy it. I give it five stars across the board, including great value. And yes, I'm getting a second one as soon as I finish this review, so I will always be able to find the one that is in MY bag, in the RIGHT pocket, every time. Yes dear.

Amazing little scale for a very small price. Saved our life on the trip. Easy to use and easy to read. And light weight to pack in the suitcase. It matched the weights at the airport perfectly. It handled my 49.5 pound suitcase just fine.

Crazy, I kept forgetting to actually use these before we went to the airport LOL. But when I did use it, it was very easy to hook the luggage handle to the scale. The readout was fast which is great b/c if your bag is heavy it can be hard to hold, especially if you're not that tall. I also love the temperature feature on the scale. It's nice to have it do double duty.

I purchased this travel scale to make sure I was not overweight for a recent trip. Standing on the bathroom scales holding a 50 lb. suitcase and trying to see the weight isn't easy - why didn't I think of this before. Great little gadget.

I travel a lot and got tired of using a regular scale, weighing myself first and then weighing me and the luggage, and computing the luggage weight, not very scientific. I suppose people can still do that, but this way is awesome.

So I bought it and no battery included. The box from amazon stated it had battery inside. Asked for replacement and second one came no battery again. Just went to amazon and bought the battery pack myself.
