Makes a Huge Difference!
Homemade bread products are the way to go right now and we've been baking our own sourdough and white bread for several years. The problem with home-baked breads tend to be the short shelf-life. After only a day or two breads tend to start to go stale and get tough or downright hard. I purchased this product hoping to get a few extra days out of each loaf and was rewarded greatly! he dough enhancer works as promised and doesn't change the taste of the bread we love so much. We now get to have fresh and soft bread longer and don't have to throw as much stale bread out. The only downside of this prouct is the cost verses the amount you get. It's not a cheap product and I do wish there was more in the package for the money.

Perfect results (it will improve your bread and shelf life )
I have tried a few dough conditioners before and they all had made a difference. But this one in particular has made all my recipes taste and look just like they should , just like or better than the bakery bread or pastry that we want to imitate .I bake bread twice a week and this product has made the difference.Just 20g in your bread recipe will do the trick …

Wow got my bread to be like Wegmans
I've been trying to get a loaf as good as the grocery store's and this really changed it. Now it's softer, chewier and more uniform. The only issue is you can kind of smell the whey.
