Haven’t got an audiophile set up but this works well with my Cambridge Audio + QAcoustics set up. No added noise floor.Works with AppleTv remote learn, so now I have a single remote for my tv - yay. (The Keene Electronics equivalent didn’t work with ATV)

I’ve been looking for this device for years. It didn’t disappoint, sturdy and precise.

This volume control was just what I was looking for, unfortunately it was out of stock on Amazon, so I purchased elsewhere. The only problem is the blue power light which is far too bright and dazzles even in sunlight! So unless you like your hi-fi lit up like a Christmas tree you'll have to mask it. I made a cowl to fit over the light, now it's subdued and in keeping with it's operation.

The item arrived within the stated timescale, unfortunately, the noise floor from the unit was too high for music listening ,ie, too much hiss on low volume, but would probably be alright for x box games as the volume is usually high.

I have a beautiful aluminium and wood 1970's JVC turntable and amplifier but needed a remote for the volume. This device did the trick nicely by using it in the tape connection loop. I notice no loss of sound quality.Having read the reviews there was no way I was having that intrusive led light; in fact I wanted no lights at all. After all you can obviously hear the volume, or if its on mute!With a piece of brushed aluminium from a DIY store - I covered them both, just leaving a hole for the IR sensor. To finish it off I covered the rest with wood effect vinyl. Result - a perfect match for my system. The remote is a bit flimsy too as noted but I'll see if I can wrap that too. In its favour it has just 3 buttons, unlike most with lots that are never used.Update: less than a year after purchase I've had to have it replaced due to failure. Doesn't bode well for the long term so I've removed a star. Possibly not having an on/off switch except pulling the power lead out (not convenient!) and the fact its on 24/7 can't be good for longevity?

Sounds good to my untrained ears, going into a pair of JBL 305P MkII active speakers. Also was the only product I could find that did what I wanted (without amplification). Works well when controlled by my Amazon Fire TV (had to teach the Fire TV the remote commands but now I can control the volume and mute using voice commands or the Fire TV remote).A few downsides, none of them deal-breakers:1) The remote is cheap rubbish. I won't be using it but if you will then take it into account2) The included power adapter has a European plug; no UK adapter was supplied3) The status LED is stupidly bright so I've partially blocked that off4) Probably just bad luck but the "Volume Up" command also changes the input on my HDMI switch, they just happen to use the same IR code, so I've had to block off the IR receiver for the switch and put up with changing input manually

Nada de ruido, perfectamente construido en aluminio y el control funciona perfecto. Lo mejor que puedes añadir a un equipo para no estar constantemente bajando y subiendo el control de volumen del ampli. Montado en un equipo bastante alto de gama y no pierde prácticamente nada de calidad

Funktioniert super. Endlich kann ich meinen Philips CD 100 laut und leise per Fernbedienung stellen.Das Betriebslicht ist schon extrem krell.

Ottimo! Funziona bene non ci sono grandi alterazioni del suono evidenti.Il telecomando forse è l'unica parte debole in quanto i tastini mi sembrano un po deboli e facili all'usura. Ad ogni modo non è che uno debba stare sempre e cambiare il volume in teoria e cmq, anche se un domani si rompessero, essendo il telecomando a infrarossi sarà comunque possibile sostituirlo con un altro telecomando programmabile!

Ho un impianto HiFi anni 80 che suona molto bene ma ai tempi non esistevano ancora i telecomandi per HiFi quindi mi serviva qualcosa che mi permettesse di gestire il volume dell'amplificatore, senza sostituirlo o aggiungere ulteriori elementi (un pre-amplificatore) dotati di telecomando.Grazie ad un "gruppo di Facebook" sull'HiFi sono venuto a conoscenza di questo semplicissimo strumento e, con un costo irrisorio, ho risolto il problema.L'Omnitronic 10355125 Lh-125 Ir è piccolo, si inserisce perfettamente ovunque, ma è molto ben fatto, solido, il telecomando sembrerebbe un po' "minimal", ma è essenziale, solido anch'esso, i pulsanti sono ben realizzati, oltre ai 2 pulsanti per la regolazione del volume c'è anche quello per il "mute", molto comodo, insomma uno strumento funzionale che se avessi scoperto prima avrei comprato senz'altro!Molto ben confezionato e spedizione veloce!
