Great way to get bbq sauce.
When in Florida many years ago we went to Sonny’s BBQ and I fell in love with the bbq sauce. The sweet is my favorite but they do have others too. I order the large size and we go through a lot. Thank you for carrying it. It come quickly.

Good Sauce, but Overpriced
The BBQ Sauce is delicious. It's great to put on anything. But I am not buying this again. Last Christmas, I paid $17 for what is now $30. You gotta be crazy at this price.

Oh, Sonny...how we love thee...
If you've never visited a Sonny's BBQ in person, you've missed out on a true Southern staple. Let me expound for a moment. If your idea of a BBQ restaurant is necessarily some huge, gussied up production in order to make things right, well...you're wrong. Don't misunderstand me - I currently live in a state that doesn't have Sonny's. In fact I'd have to drive about 6-7 hours to get to a Sonny's. As such, I do have to admit that I really do enjoy Famous Dave's. That said, Famous Dave's is a barbecue restaurant (and a fine one at that). Sonny's, however, is a BBQ joint. The atmosphere is decent, hospitable, and downright friendly; but there's no bar section, and the furnishings aren't extremely swanky. At Sonny's, it's about the food. Now, having said that, in years past the only way to get a Sonny's fix was to make the trip back to the land of my birth. On occasion, one of my dear friends would make a trip south; while there, he would swing by one of the local wholesale club stores and grab us a jug of Sweet Sauce and haul it back. This was inefficient, as he wasn't making the trek every time we ran low. I suspect this is simply because he is a selfish jerk. In the meantime, we're out of barbecue sauce. Some friend. As such, this jug would henceforth be rationed out like the true commodity that it is. Dinner decisions involving sauced meat would bring deliberations. "Is this entree choice truly Sonny's-worthy? Nay, we shall abstain from squandering said treasure. After all, it is merely <fill in the blank> and does not pair sufficiently with a dinner background serenade from either Molly Hatchet or .38 Special."Of late, you have been able to order it directly from Sonny's (in the jug, no less). At best I would have figured "maybe in the glass bottle." The downside to this strategy would have been the need to make a huge order or the dreaded alternative of constantly placing small orders. Let's face it: that ain't cost effective once you factor in shipping. And again. And again. But wait! What is this "Amazon Prime" you speak of?!? And they'll have it at my door in two days (or less)? On a whim (I must have been jacked up on Mountain Dew), I thought "What are the odds that I can get this on Amazon? After all, you can get just about anything on Amazon, including live alpacas (*Disclaimer: you cannot actually buy live animals on Amazon. Maybe Sea Monkeys, although I haven't tried personally. Spoiler alert though - they're not really monkeys. Don't ask me how I know this, but rest assured that the disappointment I felt as a seven-year-old still aches today. Yes, still.).For a price remarkably close (read: certainly less difference than the cost of shipping direct from Sonny's would likely be), 84 ounces of sweet, tangy Southern hospitality can be had; and they'll even send someone to your house to drop it off with you - similar to the way your local pizza establishment sends a young man in a bass-thumping econo box of a car with so much low frequency being pushed through the atmosphere that the trunk has vibrated most of its paint down to the primer, and you seriously consider that the sound system is plausibly more valuable than the car which ferries it around. It's just like that...minus the bass-thumping econo box. Gone are the days of rationing, of reminding ourselves that these are the hard times, of picking winners and losers of our roasted or grilled meat creations. Now they're all masterpieces, whether they're in KC or not (Get it? KC? Masterpi... never mind).Sonny's Sweet in the 84 oz. jug. Do yourself a favor and get your South on.

My favorite bbq sauce
I love this sauce and when I saw it in an 84 Oz container, I ordered it immediately. It’s a great value. I thought it might be too good to be true, but when I received it, it is the Sonny’s sauce and it tastes just like it does at the restaurant. For people who haven’t tried Sonny’s, this sauce is sticky and sweet and tastes incredible on pulled pork (in my opinion). If you love a sweet, sticky bbq sauce, you will love this.If you like a hint of heat with the sweet, try the Sonny’s Sizzlin’ :)If you don’t like sweet bbq, this is not for you

BBQ was perfect condition, no spillage, well packed, and it arrived on time. Sellers did an awesome job! USPS on the other hand delivered it to the wrong address. But I have GREAT neighbors who brought it to us.
