I have used Rice Flours for over 40 years and this I have found is the best. very fine and it isn't as grainy as other rice flours I have used - Just love it.They used to do a brilliant de-fatted very finely ground Almond flour. The very best on the market. I hope they bring that back.Overall good packaging and would buy all their products if I could get them.
