CHECK IF YOU USE SKY Q HUB
I liked how the product was accessible and very easy to install however if you have a sky Q wifi hub, the wireless works for tge repeater but the internet does not

It’s cheap and it works once you’re past the initial setup.
Working okay for me, wouldn’t connect with WPS so I had to follow the instructions but it was easy and connected immediately. The router is in the living room and this thing is in my conservatory which are separated by 1 stoothing wall crossing a 15 ft bedroom to the property’s main outer wall. The strange thing is I’m writing this in the living room connected to the extender with no problems, but if I was to try writing this from the conservatory connected only to the router it wouldn’t work properly and the iPad may have been tossed out the window. There see it’s worth it, already saved me the cost of a new iPad.

I couldn't make it 'extend' my network and I couldn't get 'help'.
This is pretty easy to set up to give you a stronger wifi signal. With the Meco set up in the same room as my router, it gave a 4 'bar' signal instead of a fluctuating 3...4 'bar signal when tested at the furthest part of my house. It should be fine therefore if all you want is a stronger wifi signal.Unfortunately.......I could only get it to work by letting it create its own wireless network. It copied the name of my normal router (NET1x) and added "-plus" thereby creating a wholly new network "NET1x-plus". If you are not interested in networking your LAN wired or wireless computers, NASs, TVs, Renderers etc then you need not worry. If you are not interested in moving from one part of the house to another which is only served by the old or the new network - fine. If you are confident you will never want to create a house-wide network - fine. The problem I have is that I have three NAS's six renderers, three PCs, two iPads, 2 iPhones, two printers etc and they must be able to talk to each other - so they must be on the same network (unless someone can tell me how to link the networks). The only way I could get MOST things to work was to keep switching networks and that soon gets super-frustrating, so I sent mine back. There is a 'SETTINGS' facility which is meant to be accessed via 192.168.10.1 ....... but I could not get it to respond. There is a ' HELP ' facility which is meant to be on [email protected] ...... but I could not get it to respond. If you don't have the complications of a network or if you know how to get around these problems, it does work and it certainly provides better wifi than my existing router. If you want to 'extend' your existing network, do make sure you know how to do it before you buy one. I gave up after wasting much time and effort.

How this product is in Amazon?
The product is just impossible to make it work, I tried for a whole day, yes, a whole entire day, several times, read it the manual, watched videos in you tube. I tried everything. Never worked. A waste of money.

Not an access point! :-)
I wanted a Wifi access point that would allow me to spread wifi coverage across the house via an ethernet connection to my router (which was running DHCP.) Whilst this claims to be an access point the instructions ran out at that point with half a sentence and I could not get this set up as I wanted, despite having some knowledge and experience. It worked as a repeater and router quite happily, but that wasn't what I bought it for, so I returned it after wasting too much time on it and bought a TP-Link access point instead.

Highly recommend!
I did a ton of research for a wifi extender that could also act as a router, looking at some real expensive ones! Then i stumbled across this one, with good reviews i thought for like £15 it was worth a try.I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to repeat a wifi signal! My house house has insulated walls so some rooms had no chance of getting signal from the router downstairs and forget getting it in the garden. Now there is no place where i don't have signal, it’s great! It was fairly simple to get up, didnt really need any kind of technical mind. Was up and running in a matter of minutes.

Disappointed
Worked fine for about a month then signal dropped , says connected but no internet! I have tried everything , resetting Unit etc to me avail. This was on WiFi through the WPS connection.it works fine with cable but that is of no use to me. so I have ditched it and ordered a branded unit
