Great work gloves!
In my younger days, I had a job handling rough lumber and could wear out a pair of leather gloves in two days. I'm retired now but still handling firewood, etc., and appreciate the quality construction of these gloves and the double layer palm. Plus I have wider-than-average hands and these XL size gloves fit well.

Good quality, good price
I love Wells Lamont gloves, and have used the old White Mule gauntlet gloves for digging, mowing, etc for decades. Used to go to their factory store when I was near there. Can't find that model glove any more, but these look the same other than the red color. Seem as strong so far too. No seams in the wrong places either like cheap gloves. Very satisfied.

These seem to hold up much better than the other Lamont gloves.
it was hard to find a pair of work gloves that would protect the hands and give good service. Most of the work gloves I used from Lamont over the past several years barely last a year of service. This pair is doing very well and I believe will see two full seasons or more of duty. The use is yard work, racking and such. Some building last summer but generally yard work on a city lot. I have already purchased a second pair of these. This second pair is on standby and will be put in service when the current pair of these Lamont gloves finally come apart. Bottom line, I do recommend them to you.

best gloves EVER! Barbed wire, or tree limbs, cant beat this for the price.UPDATE: A little under a year later of hard work, they're still going strong. The insides have barely came apart like most others.2nd Update, 3 1/2 years later about time for a new pair. Hole in the index finger and sewing is split a few spots.Good Gloves.

More durable than other W-L gloves
This pair lasted a little over 2 months, almost daily use with hand tools like shovels, rakes, etc. Fingertips held up well. Failure point was seam stitching on inside of both L & R thumbs. Cloth lining of cuffs disintegrated rather quickly but didn't affect the overall utility of the gloves.
