I have received an used product that is very disappointing.And 2nd thing is after changing the water it's damage itself.Otherwise product is good, easy to use and warmth for long time.

The quality of this product is really satisfactory, the gel is adequately filled in the pouch. The lining of the pouch is also very neat. This order came in a saftey package box and it does stay warm for more than 1.5 hour straight. I have used similar products from other sellers, but this has been the value for money buy for me without comprising on the quality.

It seems that liquid is not filled in sufficient amount inside the bag.

The product is excellent but the packaging was worst

This product is a blessing for people have Back pain, and such other body pains. The quality of the material cloth is very thick, the bag gets heated very quickly, easy to use and gives you a great warmth, and instant relief from pain.

I love it! Great value for money, super easy to use. Some extra features I would want would be continuous heating, temperature setting, and maybe a bigger size!

It heats up quickly and is comfortable to use. Wire cable could have been a little longer. The pc i received doesn't match the picture. But the product is good.
