Great hookup wire
This is great hookup wire. You would think there is not much to it but there is:- Good gauge. Small enough for electronic terminals but thick enough for typical electronic power applications. As a rule of thumb I wouldn't hesitate to run up to 2 amps on this wire.- Good insulation: 300 V is plenty for most electronics. You could use it for 110V AC in a pinch too, but I like to use slightly better insulation for that.- Good flexibility: it has enough strands to bend easily, but not too many which would make each strand fragile and easy to damage when you strip the wire- Great material: tinned copper is as good as it gets for hookup. You have the low resistance of copper, the tin keeps it from rusting where exposed and it solders beautifully.- Good assortment of colors (you can never have enough of these though; it'd be nice to have additional colors like purple.)

Good quality wire at a budget price.
I am building a flight simulator and need miles of wire. I purchased this product to finish one project. They are easy to work with and solder up nicely. Some people have complained about not having a dowel. Personally I have not found this to be an issue as all you have to do is tape the box shut and use clips to keep the wire from retreating back into the box. I use alligator clips but you can use whatever you like, clothes pins or even a Barrett. Overall good quality and good price.

Good Wire
Good quality tinned copper wire.Flexible, easy to work with.Solders well. The box could be smaller to hold the spools in the correct position, the spools will flip on end, causing wire to twist.I know, I could run a dowel thru the spools, but I'm not.The holes for the wire are too large, causing the wires, to retract into box.To prevent that, I used a small drill bit and made new holes smaller than the wire. No, I didn't fire up the drill press, it's cardboard. Just push thru by hand.

High Quality wire that is durable and solders very nicely.
I have wired three individual 1-amp power supplies using this wire. The wire is very durable and solders very nicely. - So having used this 20 gauge wire, I have ordered some of the Remington Industries 16 gauge wire for a 5-amp power supply.

Decent stuff!
Decent quality wire for various uses. It’s a little more rigid than I wanted but that’s not a bad thing. Great wire for the price.

Just right for the hobbyist
I needed a good assortment of wire for my various hobby builds, but the majority of the suppliers products were just too much of each color and too expensive. This lengths provided are ideal, there is a good assortment of colors. Just right for the hobbyist.

Good wire
This is real copper wire with a solder coating, not aluminum wire with a copper coating that looks like stranded copper wire -but doesn't solder well.. It is the actual AWG that is stated, instead of cheap wire that is undersized. It's a little stiff due to the insulation material composition , but good.
