Here is all you need to know about the Inofia company and their customer service team! This is a Superb, Compassionate company and team that stands behind their product!! I cannot say enough great things about how they helped me through my whole experience. While the mattress did not work for our needs, I decided to reach out to them and talk about it. They were very prompt on getting back to me and Lily ( Customer Service Representative ) was so caring and compassionate during our challenging time we are going through. The amount of kindness and thoughtfulness that Lily showed us and her Family Feel Communication in our emails back and forth, left me astonished! I feel that if companies held themselves to the standard that Inofia does it would restore confidence in people purchasing items they need or want. Lily was completely genuine and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. I know there is a lot of praise in this review, but I'm just not used to companies actually caring and wanting to do something right, versus other companies who just look at you as a number or a dollar amount and how can we quickly make you go away. The challenging time that me and my girlfriend are in, money is extremely tight. Inofia's responses and emails and timeliness, truly left me feeling, like we were part of their family. I was amazed by the integrity they showed for themselves and us and I would highly recommend them without reservation. I normally do not write reviews, because I'm slow at typing and terrible at punctuation but I wanted a great company to get the recognition that they earned and deserved! I would absolutely and confidently purchase from them again. This is a very comfortable mattress! So far I have been having better sleep

I gave it 3 stars bcs surprisingly for the price It's a nice mattress but I don't think it's a medium soft range I think it's just medium firm it's not hard as the firm, but definitely not a medium soft, wished the seller would be more honest and tell the truthp bcs still hurt my back so bad

Slept on it last night. Wonderful. Best sleep not even ready to get up.

It always amazes me to see how they can vacuum pack something this large but they did it! It won't burst out of the wrapper so no fear there, you will hear a strange hissing noise when unpacking, had me worried but it was the packaging lol. I bought the medium firm and it is as described.

I have only been sleeping on this for about a week or so, but I find it very hot. I am not sure that I will be keeping it because it also doesn't seem firm enoughUpdate: The company reached out to me regarding my review and offered some possible solutions to my issues - we ended up coming up with a resolution. They are very quick to try to resolve any questions/issues, best customer service I have dealt with in a long time.

Great quality. Super comfy. Super thick/tall, Delivered by two people and they knocked on the door to make sure I got it. Love it. Worth the price after fishing through tons of different brands and reviews, I’m glad I settled on this one
