Weak handles
I am writing this review after using this product for 8 months.The product is good in touch feels very sturdy but to only drawback I felt Were the handles.After months of usage the handle suddenly broke off Then I have to get them stitched by the local vendor.Product is spacious. Zip sort of good mechanism. It requires less maintenance like washing you just can wipe it with a wet cloth.Value for money though.

Nice design but Within 10 days the stitching gave way for one of the inner pockets. Reached out to the Zouk team that if this is the case the bag may not last long and they shunned away from the responsibility by saying product purchased from Amazon hence cant do anythingRegret the purchase after paying a good sum of money. And the 1 star given is for the design and the feel of the bag!Review update after another week - bag is actually of a bad quality. Added 1 more pic of the bag tearing apart. And if you reach out to the company, they dont bother to revert!!Regret the purchase!
