It is not scratch resistant as stated in the description. On my return flight I couldn't even raise the handle on this suit case. I had to unpack the suitcase zipping the liner to find out what was wrong with it. After a lot of tugging and pulling it finally came up. the other issue is the opposite side with the little bags, disadvantage with that is if you have clothes or anything in it and TSA expected it's going to all fall out. I had to use a towel to cover my items to make sure nothing fell out. The wheels work real well excellent. I don't even think they would take the suitcase back if I was to do an exchange or refund. This is from the 1st time using this suitcase.
