It has a lot of techniques to use to elicit ...
It has a lot of techniques to use to elicit "r". Most of the techniques are for use after one vocalic "r" can be produced in initial or final word positions. However this is a chapter on techniques to use if there is no accurate "r" present. It also includes screenings to use to determine which contexts can be used to facilitate correct production of "r".

Great book for working on the "R" sound!
This book does a nice job of explaining all of the different "R" sounds that a child might need to work on including different ways to elicit the sound. There's even a great screener included in the text to find out which "R" sounds a child needs to work on. I'm finishing my first year as an SLP working in an elementary school and have found it very helpful; however, my previous supervisor who has been working in the field for 15+ years was using it as well!

Not as helpful as I was hoping.
I'm disappointed in this book. The whole thing seems like a big advertisement to buy their other /r/ products. I did not purchase the screener or the probe list and the entire book revolves around the results that students get on those products. I wish I had purchased Pam Marshalla's /r/ book instead. I've read that one also, and I found it more helpful.

The Entire World of R Elicitation Techniquees
I am just beginning to use this /r/ program and I really like it. It has some great ideas for the elicitation of /r/. Starting with visual and auditory cues. It moves from the single word to how to work on coarticulation using two words. I tried it with one of my students. The coarticulation technique actually made him more aware to say all the sounds. I really think this is a winner.

Great Resource for New and Experienced Speech Pathologists
As a speech pathologist who works with teaching and training new therapists, I have found the outline of this book excellent. It is highly practical and it is based on good phonological theory. i use this book as a "go to" source when I need additional assistance in helping students of any age elicit the collection of /r/ phonemes.

Good program.
Great techniques to break down r production. Sample tests are nice. I went to her workshop and liked the concepts of the approach. That being said, I have found some kids this approach works well with, but some kids that I don't hear an "r" to start off with.

Missing 5 pages and one page had writing on it. Returning! Liked the content though.
