Not exactly what I expected, but it works
The pictures of this item led me to believe that headings were included - they were not, so I wrote my own. I was disappointed by the thin paper. I was also not expecting each of the pages to be double sided.Nevertheless, I use it everyday and it has helped me to form good habits.
