Easy to use, accurate, and the battery is long lasting.

Light-weight, comfortable to hold. Instructions for loading batteries woefully inadequate; polarity markings in battery compartment so confusing I returned first unit because I couldn't get it to turn on. Finally, watched a video, which clearly illustrated correct battery placement.

I like the size and ease of use. Works great.

This replaced our old under-the-tongue digital thermometer that had died. This thermometer is so much easier to use and faster. My only concern was accuracy because I had nothing to test it against. But I had a series of doctor's visits recently and my home readings matched up with my doctor's so I'm satisfied.

The thermometer is working great as expected. However, suddenly it had an issue and showed a wrong temperature (appr. 15 C too low). I contacted the customer service. It was nearly a year after purchase and I used it only once before. They gave me a few tips to try and see if it works. It didn't. So immediately they told me they can send me a new one without me even sending the old one back.Super friendly customer service, very responsive and great service! The new one arrived right away and works just fine!

This is the easiest thermometer I’ve ever purchased. One light squeeze of the trigger n instant reading. Can’t get any easier. You just have to hold it 2” away from the forehead n that’s it. 5stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
