Cons: Not the softest, think more hotel crisp. I wouldn’t necessarily categorize these as luxe. Pros: I do love the envelope closure. Keeps my pillows where they belong. They don’t hold heat. Nice pure white.Final verdict: I’m middle of the road on them. Don’t love them or hate them.

I was deceived from the description. This is not long staple cool crisp pillowcases. Don't waste your hard earned money on these. Slimy awful pillowcases. These are not as described with long staple cotton. Buy some from BBB percale cotton or target brand for $15.

This was on a wedding registry so I choose these pillowcases to embroider, thinking $60 for 2 they would be very nice. When I took them out of the package they were covered in strings and looked like a piece of fabric had been folded over and sewn. Returned them immediately.

Silky smooth and light with a tight weave. Best pillowcases I have purchased. They are large enough so you do not have to stuff the pillow in. I thought at first that the price was higher than I wanted to pay but I have bought pillowcases for nearly the same price and the quality was nowhere near as good. Highly recommended.

I paid a high price to be sure I would get really soft pillowcases and I did. At the same time, I ordered two bamboo pillowcases for the same pillows - at a much lessor cost. The bamboo are just as soft, and actually keep their shape better than the 480 thread count cotton. I was surprised, frankly. Both have the envelope enclosure and are ample for king pillows. I’m a bamboo fan now!

I hesitate to buy sheets online because I am very picky about my sheets. I needed pillowcases and took a chance on Brooklinen and was not disappointed. The pillowcases are silky smooth and stay cool during the night. When I need new sheets I will definitely choose Brooklinen.

I have bought several Brooklinen sheet sets and they are amazing . They are very soft and they are worth the money. They get softer as you wash them .
