Testolean Pre Workout Supplement

This product seems to have quite a good blend of different minerals and nutrients including niacin which can help reduce a risk of a heart attack. When I used this 30 minutes before my workout, I felt a little bit more energized and ready for the workout, but did not notice a huge improvement. I did feel better faster after the workout though! One bad thing about this is that it contains blue dye no. 1 which has been linked to asthma, and child behavioral issues. this does concern me because I feel that they could easily remove this from the coloring of their gel caps, and use clear ones which I bet would have no adverse affect on the ingredients in the pills. While they do look bright and blue, I feel that this is only for looks, no nutritional support, maybe a contradiction to a workout pill. Otherwise, I do like the healthy combination of the other ingredients and hope to use this every day and have a better effect down the road. The bottle does warn you to not take more than 3 capsules in 24 hours and that It can affect your heart rate and increase your heart rate. so if you are on heart or blood pressure medication, make sure to contact your physician prior to ordering this and possibly having adverse affects from this. Other than that, I don't see there to be any issues with this product and would recommend it, but would be way happier if they removed the blue dye from it as I see it as an unnecessary add in which is why I too one star off this review. Excellent pre-workout supplement here. I like the fact that it is in capsule form. You get 90 capsules in the bottle. Based on this that's over three months supply if you work out every day. For the price, it is quite a bargain. The capsules are easy to swallow and does not leave any bad aftertaste. It does not upset my stomach either. I've been working out for over 30 years now primarily with weightlifting. I have tried other pre workout supplements and this one is one of the top. Because it gives me a great amount of energy without any jitters. It last about an hour or so. I find it if I take one capsule 30 minutes before working out with an 8 ounce glass of water does the trick. I am a male in my mid 40s and weight is 175 pounds. You may have to adjust your serving size based on your weight and tolerance. I primarily like that it has yohimbe bark extract. When taking, I noticed an increase in energy and therefore lift more weight. It also helps to inspire me to go to the gym and other things. I would recommend this product to my friends who work out. I have been using this product for the past two weeks and I am very impressed with it. Before using this product, I decided to take a week off from using my other pre-workout supplements so that my tolerance wouldn't affect the potency of Testolean's pre-workout.I took the recommended dose before each of my workouts. Before getting into the effects, I really enjoyed not having to worry about the tingling pins and needles feeling that I get from most pre-workouts. Because this one doesn't contain beta-alanine, there shouldn't be any uncomfortable or unpleasant feelings. I noticed that my endurance increased tremendously throughout my workout and I was able to finish every repetition of every set without having to cut out any repetitions.
