SH900 Thrust DJ Full Size Over-Ear Headphones Black/Red

I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing these headphones. I couldn’t find a single review anywhere, however looking at their other products, with such high acclaim, and mostly featuring five-four star reviews, I decided to take the leap and purchase these.For starters I must bring up how comfortable the padding for these headphones are, positioning them just right will ensure an excellent wear-time. The padding is also a great outside noise dampener, while wearing them I missed several phone calls, and people trying to get my attention. So if you want to drown out any noise pollution, these will work great! Although due to the shape and size, I think these might be uncomfortable and slightly cramped for someone with larger ears.Another thing which I love about these, is the accessibility for travel. The Soniq Thrust may appear to be quite cumbersome for travel headphones, but because of its design, it is able to be easily folded up, and carried or stored. A big plus for me is the lengthy, and thick cable strapped to it, not to mention the the extender cable which, and amp plug which come with it.The sound quality is extraordinary for the price. Wearing them I was able to detect each instrument used, and really felt the power of full volume. (If you just want a pair of headphones for Youtube, please keep in mind that audio is heavily compressed on Youtube, so you won’t get the full effect.) Listening to music, I felt just how sharp each note was.In conclusion, if you want a pair of effective, comfortable, and stylish studio headphones on a budget, you can’t go wrong with the Soniq Thrust.

Not as exceptional as I had hoped after all the 5 star reviews. Only thing I can figure out is maybe if I'd have received a discount for writing this review I'd love them unconditionally without regard to quality.

Loud enough but zero bass. I get better bass and clearer vocals from a $20 pair of ear buds. I would avoid.

The headphones are okay for $40 but not for $100, which is what the price was set to previously. Some of the reviews also look fake. So be careful ordering from this company. The headphones sound okay, but the build quality feels very cheep. If you want high quality headphones, spend a little more $ and get something that sounds, feels, and looks great. My favorite pair of headphones is the BÖHM B76, which make these headphones sound and feel like crap. They're not bad for $40. The highs are pretty crisp for headphones in this price range, but it really lacks in the bass. It claims that it can play frequencies as low as 8hz I don't know if this is actually true because humans can only hear frequencies down to 20hz, so I am a bit skeptical.

These full size headphones are so fun because of the cord splitting device that comes with it. My boys have had endless fun on the keyboard, while trying to replicated a song on their iPod. The best part is, I can't hear a thing. I'm sure my teens will find a million other ways to have fun with this pair of headphones too. Really nice for listening to music or watching a movie because they really cut external sound off completely. The sound coming through the headphones is crystal clear too. This was an exiting thing to receive at a discount to offer my honest unbiased review on. Really neat product at an affordable price.

I got these as a present for my husband. He loves them said they are the most comfortable he's ever worn.

the cord broke within 2 weeks... had to trash it.
