The bands do not stay in place and do not expand. I typically use the heaviest bands and have had 2 break on me. I bought these because they would have hopefully been more durable, but they fall off when the legs are closed and not at all flexible to do leg work.

 I love the colors of these bands, super cute! They’re perfect for Glute isolation/Activation. I purchased these bands to use on my clients if I love them I’m sure they will too! Sn: the FREE bands are of good quality as well😉

I had previously been using these thin, cheap, rubbery bands from Walmart (golds gym brand, I believe) and they stretch out too much over time, twist up, slide everywhere. THESE DO NOT DO ANY OF THAT AND THEY ARE AMAZING. I was a little worried about them not seeming as elastic as some others, but it’s only because I was so used to the slack resistance provided previously. These are awesome and I’m super happy with my purchase.

The small and medium are only 1 inch different in size. They are small. The bands are bery think and strong They are sewn together in a loop so unless you are size 0-12 they will not work for you. They are not made for anyone larger because they will not fit your thighs. I assumed when night bout these that they would have Velcro strapping. 🤔

They do what they’re supposed to, and they’re durable, but the smallest band is too small and the two bigger bands are too big. I wish they would’ve made one size in the middle. I have a hard time using them due to that. I am giving three stars because they do what they are supposed to. Sizing of bands could be better.

Love them. They're very strong, so much so that I generally just use the rubber ones they send with the fabric ones as a free gift. Both are very high quality. These are more suited to people who have a bit more experience, but a beginner could use the rubber ones first then progress.

I love the colors and the material is good quality also is strong , only the little bag that came with it is not durable the string came out complete it doesn't support the wight of the band but the product itself is magnificent

 I absolutely love mines!! No complaints and would highly recommend! Mines stretch accordingly and I’ve had no issues! Love the color and the durability!
