I built a gate and wanted it to match my front door. These were perfect. I had to use bolts to attach the gate to the frame, so I offset them and these are hollow and large enough to cover them and evened out. I want to build more stuff to buy more! Totally made my gate look like I bought it instead of being homemade by a silly girl. Guess my dog will be getting a bolted castle soon...

Very nice rustic accent detail that turns bla into wow. We bought the 1.5" rustic iron black. Our mantle piece is fairly large - 7.5" tall x 9.5" deep and 63" long so we needed the larger clavos. Your project might need a different size. We used a 7/64" pilot hole. I didn't have a rubber mallet but I put a folded towel over the metal and tapped it in with a hammer. Very easy install.

Ordered them too big and had to return. Ordered the medium and they fit perfect for what I wanted hem for . Love it! Used them for my dining room table .

Very cute. Really finished off the door I built. I was worried the finish would chip if I hammered them in without a rag or cushion, but they held up perfectly very sturdy and attractive!
