HAIR IN UNOPENED PACK
The media could not be loaded. I received the pack and the outer packet looked okay. I tore the sticker on the side to reveal its contents. First thing I noticed were these strange oil or wet marks on the packet itself and a very crumpled instruction leaflet. When I examined the inner contents I noticed a dark half inch curled hair in the blood collection adaptor. It made me question the cleanliness of the environment in which they prepare these packs and how ‘sterile’ it actually is. I also noticed little black specks and dust on the butterfly as well. I am returning this product as I do not feel comfortable using it on a client.

The package is incomplete and unused
The media could not be loaded. I just need the item for my client,but now I can't use this item because of missing a scalp vein interface tube to be attached to the needle.And its place is empty in the pack as show in the photo.I am not happy with this order.Thanks

Incomplete kit. Waste of time and money
Product is not as advertised. Incomplete kit. Absolute waste of time and money. Missing syringe for extraction. Missing needle for applying PRP. Missing vein tube. Completely unusable and useless kit. This is the 3rd kit I ordered, the first two were ok. Something has definitely changed in the suppliers packing. Won't be buying anymore.
