I bought Canare 4S11 Bi-Wire cable in January, 2018. The sound quality is Outstanding and the build quality is top notch. A few days ago in April, 2022 (4 years since my purchase) my son and I repositioned my entertainment system, including my large floor standing speakers when somehow one of the banana plugs snapped off. I called the company and spoke with Dave G & told him what happened. He asked me to send him a photo so he could identify the exact part I needed. A short time later he messaged me back with the tracking number of the package containing the part I needed, and he added an additional banana plug in case i foolishly snap another plug by not being as careful as I should be. I call this World Class Customer Service associated with a World Class Product!! Thank you Dave G & Thank you Chroma Leaf !!

We ordered 2 different Canare speaker cables for new ProAC speakers that ultimately didn't work with our studio system. They arrived promptly, were incredibly well-made, and would have been excellent cables had we been able to make them work with our system. We didn't get around to returning them for months, as the cables sat in their original packaging, unused. Because we were way outside the eligible return policy, I decided to just mail them back so they could be used by someone else. ChromaLeaf ended up refunding our purchase anyways, which was amazing. Thanks ChromaLeaf- for being so cool!

So when the cable arrived, three of the four connectors were loose, meaning THEY WERE NOT ATTACHED TO THE CABLE. With the three connecters loose, it was easy to see that the cable had been crimped together when they should be soldered.For those of you unfamiliar, the Canare 4S11 speaker cable is a fantastic cable - I use them for both my B&W 801 Matrix 2 (connected to Bryston 7b-ST monoblocks) and my Vandersteen 3 (Aragon 4004 Mk II). But for them NOT to oxidize (fancy name for "rust"), they need to be soldered so oxygen and humidity can't corrode the bare copper strands.That this cable is crimped to their banana plugs means there is a 100% chance these cables will corrode and not be as conductive of the signal within months to years, depending upon your humidity levels. If you have not very sensitive equipment, you may not care. . .but for the same price, you can find cables that are soldered together.Avoid.

The hubby wanted to bi-wire his magnepans and decided on these cables for the job. While these do work, the sound that comes from the speakers using these cables was muddy and flat compared to the beautiful clear tones he got from his old cables. It was astounding how quickly these things got tossed back in the box.

Very solidly made. I have some old Warfedale speakers that are set up for Bi-wire and I had sort of made some squirrely cables for this purpose, but these, being made by a company not only look so much nicer, but sound so much nicer.

Wow,A massive change in sound! Well worth the price!:)

Excellent wire!!

Bought this cable to bi-wire my new Cerwin Vega speakers. The banana clip fits firmly into the speakers and into the amp. Nice and snug. Solidly constructed. These cables should last a long time.
