Dutch Sheets does an excellent job in sharing his own experience, explaining what it is, its foundations, with ample biblical references. I also bought the study guide that was highly useful in guiding me through the various topics and points.Highly recommended.

I ordered the wrong book and returned it as the top of the book was not clear that it was a study on the book and I wanted the book itself. Otherwise I am sure I would like it.
