If you are in need of turn signals like i was for your car to pass inspection, buy them! i can't speak for the installation. My brother in law who is a mechanic installed them. I didn't hear any complaints to thinking installation was ok and they work fine. I am very pleased with price and appearance. I was hesitant in getting these because of the negative reviews but i needed to get something ASAP and these were prime shipping. I am very happy i purchased theme. I just need them to pass inspection.As far as brightness both of my lights were out so i can't compare them to an original light. Compared to other cars, i don't think they are too dim, again as long as they pass inspection i am fine with them and would buy them again.UPDATED 1/18. Lasted 3 wks both died. If my car was inspected I wouldn't care but can't get my car inspected until I fine someone to install a new set for a decent price.repurchased a set and ended up breaking both mirrors -

For the price, it's not bad. Definitely dimmer than the OEM version, but it only needs to blink. The fitting isn't very good for the MKV R32. It tends to bulge-out more away from the corner of the mirror. I think it makes my mirror look a bit sloppy.Cosmetics aside, it's a good deal (for a pair). If you want to keep it streamlined go with an OEM replacement (twice as much for a single lamp).

Works great. I do agree with some of the other reviewers in that it does not fit as flush with the mirror housing as the OEM part, but if I was worried about that I would have purchased the OEM part. Also you have to look very closely to notice a difference and considering that the dealership wanted to charge me $180, I am perfectly satisfied.

I got these and they work just fine. Installation is a pain but there are some good YouTube videos out there.Make sure to check the connector tabs. I installed the first time and didn't work because the leads were bent out of position.

Good fit, fully functional with slightly challenging installation.The two vertical #15 Torx that retained the signal screws were not accessible with a standard talks screwdriver, so I used a needle nose wise grip to grab the head of the screw to rotated out and a pair of forceps to hold the screw to reinstall on my 2010 Jetta

Please make sure you have the right tools before proceeding to remove and replace.I suggest the YouTube video as a primer and a well lighted area with the patience to remove small screws and plastic pieces, bear in mind that the screws and plastic has been exposed to harsh weather conditions when you are dissembling the parts.
