I bought this for my small hotel and bar to do cold brew nitro coffee and it does everything it says it will, producing a smooth creamy nitro coffee and with pleasing results ... easy to clean and smart looking beautifully packaged for a present for a coffee or cocktail lover. I shall be experimenting with nitro cocktails and trying the soda cartridges next. Highly recommended.

Firstly, the customer service from Hatfields of London was great. Jack really went above and beyond to make sure that my husband had a great Christmas gift.Onto the product. It arrives in a really nice presentation box, making it an ideal gift to others or yourself.Once out of the box, it is really easy to use, and does make a really nice nitro cold brew. We have yet to try it with any other beverages.Over all, my husband loves it. As it was a Christmas gift, one that I was a little tentative about buying, I am really happy and cant recommend both the product or Hatfields of London enough.

First of all it's beautifully packaged. It also feels like a proper professional quality product, well-oiled with a lot of thought gone into the design, not like something made in bulk from china that's going to fall apart. I've tried using it with regular cold brew and for cocktails and so far it's been great for everything, making them nice and frothy without having to add dairy or calories. Highly recommended!

Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he absolutely loves it. Everything from the packaging to the design of the canister has a luxurious feel and the drinks it produces are amazing. Very simple to use, can't recommend it enough!

Works even better than I expected, have really missed cold brew this year as was only something I had when visiting London. Can’t recommend this enough for anyone that likes cold brew.
