Huge amount of recipes!
I bought this book and the amount of recipes is impressive! You can find recipes for about everything you crave in this book. The recipes are easy to follow and fast to cook so that’s a huge plus for busy people that don’t have a lot of time to prep and cook. The only problem I found is that is a bit disorganized my solution was to mark every section with a bookmark and now I can find the recipes much easier since at the beginning of the book there is an index of recipes.

Helpful for any new keto person
I noticed on another review a person said that none of the recipes are under 20 net carbs and that is incorrect. That person is not reading the nutrition facts properly. There are numerous recipes in this book that are keto / low carb. I wish there were pictures in the book but there are not. It takes a little time to sit and browse thru the recipes but there are lots of ideas in this book which is helpful to me being new to keto.

Not for beginners
I was excited to get this book to kick off my Keto eating plan. I had done quite a bit of reading at this point and realized that most of what I read recommended keeping your carb count under 50 carbs a day and if you're a beginner and have a lot of weight to lose to keep it under 20 carbs per day. I was surprised that when I started glancing through these recipes that many of them were well over 20 and many times in the 30 range for just 1 meal. What in the heck would I do for the one or two other meals? If I'm a beginner and have a lot of weight to loose than this cook book / meal planner is not for me. I stuck it in my cabinet and will dig it out later when I am to maintain my healthy weight. In addition, some of these recipes seemed a bit complex and not for me who is a beginner and likes simple meals to prepare.

Such a great variety of meals
I am loving this book, All the recipes, great meal ideas. I was starting to cook the same 4 meals and rotating and O definitely needed a change. I am super excited to try all the desserts too! I have sweet teeth 🥰 the only thing its It doesn’t have any pictures inside, I am so attracted to food photos always haha still love it has a lot of good recipes. And the most important has a 3 week meal plan and tells you exactly what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner for every day of those 3 weeks.

Oh my Recipe!
So many recipes to choose from! One downside is that there are no pictures but the upside is that there are WAY more recipes then any cook book I have ever seen. If you are really curious about what a meal looks like, there's always google. I love this cookbook though! It will be a staple in my keto lifestyle

A must have for Keto newbies!
Love this cookbook and all the keto lifestyle recipes!! There are tons of recipes for chicken, pork and beef option meals and most with max 6-8 net carbs and sooo many with even less!! The dessert and snack options are fabulous and super low net carbs! I have tried several recipes in each category so far and even my non keto kids gobbled em up!! Definitely recommend for newbies and even the seasoned vets looking for new recipe ideas!!

Do not waste your money
Flavor of recipes aren't bad, but that is the only good thing i can say about this cookbook. Who ever put this book together was the laziest editor ever. My middle school news paper had a better student editor. I have only had this book for a week but so far this is what i have found.Let's start with the picture. 10 drops of munk fruit powder, ummm come again, so that recipe is useless since nobody measures sugar in drops.You have to pay attention to serving count for every recipe because tonights dinner is set to serve 2 people and tomorrow it is for 6.21-day meal plan. Ha. So first they are not meals. As meals (at least for dinner) means a main and a side. Nope, it only gives you a main dish for every meal, so if you just want a standard flank steak for dinner and that is all then this cookbook is right up your alley. But wait, it tells you tuesday night eat flank steak now you have to search through 6 pages and 600 recipes of extra tiny font to figure out which page it is on. Luckily the engineer in me came up with the idea of using my phone to take a picture, convert to a pdf, and make that text legible so that i can search for key words. Otherwise would have sent this back because i would never have found "breakfast mug muffin" under pork. Oh and they call for Keto Dinner Roll which does not exist in the book at all. Or how about for dinner, broccoli and cheese, and nothing else THAT IS NOT A MEAL.Directions for recipes are not the clearest, it is almost like they have character limit so it might take a few times reading though to almost understand how to cook it.

No one picture of a dish in this cookbook
Not a single picture. You can guess how it’s supposed to look like. Never seen a cook book without any pictures. It’s not tempting me to cook any of the dishes.

No tiene fotos solo texto
Me siento frustrado más de 600 recetas y no logre preparar ni una sola ya que no tiene fotos solo texto es un dolor de cabeza .Podría compararlo con un rompecabezas

A lot of recipes!
This book is a bible of Keto recipes! My boyfriend ordered this book to help him with his diet. There is plenty recipes to choose. its a very completed book, however is missing some images to help with the creative part of imagination. But is a good help in the kitchen if you looking for some ideas or suggestions for lunch or dinner.
