I like using this just prior to bed since you can't really touch anything without getting it on whatever you will be touching for about 30 minutes so I either put it on and sit without touching anything for 30 minutes or go to bed with the cream coming off onto the sheets. This has not much to do with the quality, just the application due to the type of cream. Good stuff just be aware of the minor issue of timing. I'll continue using it in the future.

I have been using O'Keeffe's Working Hands Night Treatment cream for five years now. I work in healthcare, so my hands become easily dry and irritated from the frequent washing and sanitizing. This is the only product I have found that keeps my hands moisturized and eczema free. I use it nightly year round and just one application a day is enough to keep my skin soft. Additionally, it is a free of any scents and is not too thick. I recommended this product to everyone whether they are in healthcare or not, for it truly is the BEST!
