Purchased this for my boyfriend who has a broken foot. Ordered size large and had no problem with the fit. If you have a smaller foot , it’s probably best to go with the Size small though. The ice packs for each side froze in just a couple of hours and provided full coverage for the entire foot and ankle once they were inserted into the inner pockets of the wrap.PROS:-The wrap is comfortable, lightweight and can be washed.-The inside pockets hold each fitted Ice pack securely-The entire wrap closes securely at the back of the ankle allowing you to move freelyCON:ice packs stay cold for about an hour before needing to freeze again. Would be nice to have the option of purchasing a second set of ice packs so that you can alternate for longer cold time.I found this to be a great value, and very convenient.

This works well for ankle pain. However, as other reviewers have said, I wish the coldness would last longer. I think at the most, it lasted about 20-25 minutes. Also, it should come with 2 so you can use one while the other is in the freezer and you can trade off when the one you’re using is no longer cold.

Broke my ankle in 4 places (3 bones, one twice) with a double dislocation to top it. Inpatient, surgery, plate, 9 pins. I had NO idea what I was in for following surgery. No weight bearing at all for a couple months. Hopping on one foot w/walker. Awful. Living on top of a bed because movement beyond the essential was pretty dangerous. Then, cast off and went to a boot and SOME weight bearing. Then, eventually, full weight-bearing. During process, the bad ankle/foot was over-manipulated by PTist and pain was my constant companion from that point forward. I wish I had found this product FIRST before the ankle braces I bought that did little-to-nothing. This FABULOUS aid to bring down swelling and pain works very quickly on me and my swollen ankle and foot. I put the entire product in the freezer, instead of the little frozen inserts alone. When I use it, I elevate the foot with it on and as soon as it is no longer cold, I am able to get back up on the foot and use it! With no pain. I am still in recovery, but this helps so much. It is impossible to keep even the most moldable ice gel pack wrapped around a foot or ankle. So this GEM is a great answer to the problem: "How can I keep ice on my anklebones?" Use this frozen magical device. I am really pleased with it!

The ice pack that goes inside the sleeve is weird, one side has a good amount of gel and stays frozen, the other side is tiny without much gel so it thaws out very fast.

Easy to use, fits nicely & is very comfortable. Helps relieve my ankle pain from over use. I placed it in the refrigerator in the bag that was included without removing the gel inserts since others had said they were hard to put in sleeve. Worked great!

I gave this 2 stars because it's a great idea BUT... conflicting measurements on description and bullet points, "fits to 9.5" X 5" size compact feet" vs "10.5 x 8.4". What do these numbers mean, foot length, diameter of foot or ankle, What? As someone else wrote, no directions to put it on. Nothing on the outside of the box and direction flyer was 10 languages of microwave wattage's obviously for liability reasons. It should be listed for children or women. I'm a man with a 10' long foot so I figured it would fit and use my own Velcro strap to wrap around my leg to hold it on. At least I can put my show on over it.

I like the way it fits around the ankle. Not bulky like some of the others.

I bought this product after I broke my ankle. I was in a cast for 3 months, transitioned between different types of casts. Finally was able to remove it and noticed as I was walking my ankle would swell alot, putting a traditional bag of ice or ice pack didn't really do justice. My surgery was done on the side of my ankle. This ice pack really helped hit the right spot. Definitely made my journey alot better. Now my ankle doesn't swell as often but when it does its so convienent to have this in hand!

Everything is perfect it is really helpfull for cramps and leg injury from inside

Came quickly , very pleased with these wraps , hold the cold very well , large is a good fit for anyone , wraps all around your ankles , comes with a bag to put your wraps in to put in the freezer for fumes of a sort and it keeps them away from foods , would highly recommend

This was really good for my sore ankle and foot!
