Great option for an affordable hot tub!
This is not our first inflatable hot tub. I love this one! Without rewiring our house, this runs off a normal 110 outlet. It is quick to set up, nice thick material in comparison to our old one, only one filter to change, chlorine dispenser, and cushy bottom. The best part is the leg room. Our old one was round, outside dimensions were the same, but the square shape allows for full leg extension where the round only allowed one person to extend legs. My husband and I are tall! Yes, it is an inflatable and doesn’t keep the temperature steady, heats 2 degrees hotter, shuts off until 2 degrees below the set temperature. Big deal, no. Putting down 9 floor foam pads helped not loose heat as fast. We don’t use the bubbles because it’s noisy and they are not targeted jets like a hard sided hot tub. It does feel great, but the bubbles also cool the water fast. It is worth the money, and I love the quality of Bestway products.BTW - the EO2 code is lack of water flow and the pump getting air locked. Make sure the hose connecting to the pump does not kink, and you are using the correct (not aftermarket) filters. If you get the code, simply remove the filter and put your garden hose up to the inlet and force the air out of the pump. Then change the filter, it may be too clogged with body oils. Good to go! We haven’t had a problem with this hot tub yet, but our old one did all the time.

Best money I ever spent
I wanted a hot tub for severe joint pain and tried out several that my friends owned, both portable and hard shell. Most of the hard-shell tubs had jets so strong that they blew me right off the built-in seats so I couldn't relax. Most of the portable units had jets that were too weak to be effective. The "inexpensive", no-frills hard-shell models all STARTED at around 3k while the higher-end portables were around 1k.When researching the cost and logistics of installing a hard-shell tub, it quickly became a tangle of prospective permits, electricians, and concrete slabs. If I had chosen to wade through all of that, I would never be able to move it without going to all that expense and trouble again. However, with a smaller, portable tub I could try it out in different spots to see what fits best with my life. This hot tub is amazing! First of all, shipping was prompt and the instructions are very good (you must take your time and pay attention to detail), and set up was super simple. Electricians are not necesarry as it operates on a heavy-duty cord with a GFCI plug that plugs inti a regular 110 outlet. I gave it 24 hours to reach maximum temperature (104°F) and climbed right in. The bubble/massage action of the water was fabulous and I was surprised how strong it was compared to other products in this class. I had tried a similar, smaller, Coleman tub at a friends and was impressed by the difference of that tub compared to other portable models so when I went shopping I was already looking for a Coleman. My friend's tub was great but this model is sooo much better! I chose this one because it had 140 "jets" which give a great massage. No seats, but weighted cushions can be purchased seperately. I didnt want cushions because I like to stretch in the tub and this one has a great deal of room due to its square shape. I am 5 ft 2in and I can stretch completely out while keeping my head above water. It also came with a great cover "lid" (that snaps on if wanted) that fits tightly and keeos my water temps constant. Finally, If, like me, you are the kind of person who may relax and doze off while the water is at its maximum temp of 104°F, the tub automatically shuts off after a pre-set time. It can be quickly restarted if wanted. As I said in the subject line, this tub was the best money I ever spent. I am FINALLY sleeping at night!

Awesome product and awesome company for backing it
We bought this spa a few months ago and it has been amazing. Great quality and very sturdy. For some reason our heater stopped working and we were devastated. I was able to get ahold of BestWay and they replaced the pump under warranty. No questions asked. They even upgraded the model!! We couldn’t be more happy and will be customers for life!

Seal failure
The hot tub was fine until the seam between the water outlet and the liner failed at 7 months. The hot tub was just out of warranty. Since this was a seal failure and not a random hole I contacted the vendor. They never responded. Since this looked more like a manufacturing issue I am disappointed they never responded.

Probably the best purchase made ever!
Easy to set up. Sturdy. Big enough for 2 large adults to sprawl out together, 4 adults could sit comfortably. The jets are very powerful. Like that the cover floats on top and secures in place easily. Probably the best investment we have made in a few years!

Lots of issues
We’ve had ours for about six months. We’ve had it set up under a covered patio on concrete so it was protected. We have had nothing but pump problems since we bought it. Inside the pump box there are several tiny pinhole leaks in the metal tubing. There are also constant E errors for heating and filter issues; however, we DO clean the filter after EVERY use. This hot tub has been more of a good pain than anything. The photo shows how much the pump leaks. We have repaired it twice and more leaks occur.

Best hot tub and customer service ever!!
Love the hot tub! Very easy set up. Ours had a small hole that made it deflate easily. I contacted customer service and they delivered a whole new one the very next day!! It was more than I expected and will be loyal customers forever!! Thank you Coleman !!
