I had a small problem with a key on the keyboard and their customer service immediately assisted. Even though it probably could have been fixed easily, they sent me an entire new replacement keyboard. The service was prompt and more than expected. The product works great otherwise. Very easy to connect to the tablet. The keyboard is comfortable and the padding excellent for travel. Liked it so much I bought two. Will purchase accessories and related products due to their great service.

Adjustable and better than first one I got. This item has great quality as I don't need to use pillow to adjust with my head when using my iPad it does it work by pulling the back and you can put height according to your heads alignment because I usually lays whileusing iPad. Great price too!

What a wonderful item. Works great, and connects to my tablet very easily. My wife uses it for taking notes in church. Small keys however, do make it a little difficult to type, like on a normal keyboard.

Love this thing although i use the bluetooth keyboard more on my laptop that has some dead keys than with the tablet.

This is a cool item! Very nice, durable, rich and classically styled. However, I have two suggestions for the designers: 1) a magnet is used to keep the keyboard and stand in place, which was a great idea; however, I wish a magnet would have been used on the tab to hold it closed (can't believe you guys didn't think of this, or maybe you did, but it didn't work?), or maybe a snap closure; with the weight of the tablet and the weight of the keyboard, the tab doesn't stay tight so the cover doesn't stay tight, and 2) not that it's a big deal, but an adjustable stand to control the angle/tilt of the tablet would have been a nice touch (sorry, don't have an idea on how to do that). Oh, and perhaps, a small pocket (or slit on the inside of the spine) for a stylus. Other than that, great product! Great looking too! I wouldn't change the style at all. Bet you wished I had been on the design team ... just kidding. :o)

Very easy to set up and works great.

Totally agree with reviews above. My wife's Hudl fits into it perfectly, and the case is well padded to minimise damage if dropped. Easy to set up, although there was a glitch when I tried to pair it with my Smart TV, after which it refused to function. However, an e-mail to the supplier elicited an immediate response and remedy. Highly recommended (but stick to IoS/Windows/Android products when pairing).
