Best product for your insides
This product is a must have for anyone who has any gut issues. No need to go into detail here, but I believe this product has added 20 years to my life. Family members are taking it now and agree that it makes a tremendous difference in their well being. Try it for a couple of months.

Good probiotics
These probiotics need to be refrigerated so they came in a really big box filled with ice packs for my two small bottles of pills

Fantastic for IBS-C but beware
This helped all my IBS-C and GERD symptoms. But it somehow effected how a few of my medications were absorbed. I had to stop this probiotic to get my medication to work again. So if you take no rx medications, it is a great choice. If you take many rx medications I'd be careful.
