It works! I use this as a mini cleanse, so I don't use it daily. I take it at night or about 7 hours before I want it to kick in. I just take 1 pill. I really haven't had any cramping with it, but I know when I have to go. TMI, but I do go fairly regularly so I'm not "blocked up", that being said, 1 pill is not too strong, where I'm going all day. I would think of taking 2 pills if I were blocked up, but I'd do it on a day off, just in case.

I have had some trouble going recently but I am always a little leery of taking anything because I do not want to throw my natural rhythm off but at the same time if I am not going I have no natural rhythm either so what could it hurt? So then it comes down to what should I take? The first day I did not really notice any difference so the next night I took two pills and I did notice that it was much easier to go but I did not think that it was cleaning me out or anything. I think that it was just making it easier to go. But that was just my experience. I did receive this product for a discount but that in no way affects my review of the product. I was not paid to review the product and the opinions are all my own. I have given great reviews of products when they deserved them and bad reviews as well when they deserved them. Made my intestines feel like I was eating peppers. Advice to be around a toilet..

This product really works yes it cramps you up really bad in the morning but I highly recommend it.

Not too harsh

I ordered these Super colon cleanse detox and weight loss pills because I want to lose weight. I was looking for something that worked well and has no side effects. I have put on some extra weight, about 20 pounds, since having kids that I would like to get rid of. I am using diet and exercise but I also wanted something more to help me in my mission. When I was looking for a product to buy I was looking for something that was made well and that was of decent quality. I also wanted something that wasn’t too expensive and that had good reviews. I like to find out what other people thought of the product but sometimes I do buy products that don’t have reviews. When I came across this product I decided to give it a try and let other people know what I think. I have been taking this product for a little while and they seem to be working. I am less hungry than before and have been losing some of the weight that I wanted to lose. I have been using diet and exercise though in addition to it. I am happy with my results so far but it doesn’t mean this product will work for everyone. There is no miracle product and everyone is different.
