If you bought it used, those items are very often missing. The CD only contains the TI-Connect software, Guidebook, etc. You can download all that - the most current versions - from TI's website. Black link cable is only used to connect between two Voyage 200 calculators to transfer data, programs, etc., between the two calculators. It's a very simple cable and a common 2.5mm audio stereo cable will do the job. The one for connecting to your laptop or desktop computer is the important one. It's a "Silver" cable with 2.5mm "stereo" plug on one end and a USB "A" type plug on the other - with an encapsulated electronics module in the middle of the cable. The 2.5mm plug goes into the jack on the Voyage 200 and the USB plug goes into a USB port on your computer. Install the TI-Connect software you downloaded from TI before doing that. The "Silver" USB cable will not power or "charge" any batteries in the Voyage 200. It's only for connecting it to a PC. Hope this helps you out. If it came with the translucent top cover, and the "silver" USB cable, you've got the essentials of what you need for it. Good luck. These are excellent graphing calculators - basically a TI-89 Titanium with built in QWERTY keyboard and larger screen that's easier to read.
