some of the transcriptions are wiered and do not sound like the original melodies found in the albums. As an example: Waltz in 7/8Some pieces have been simplified and some parts of the melody has been removed. So, you have to listen to the song and add the missing part to your play. Example: ending part of "a walk in the rain"some parts of the songs could have been better transcribed, for example the coda part in "November sky" you better rely on your ears rather than notes written in this book.I think the best transcription in this book would be Adagio in C minor, the arrangement of it for piano in quite decent.

I'm so exited with this great item. It is an excellent book for those who love Yanni music and want to play it.

Im a huge Yanni fan and can play most of his music. I wanted the sheet music for these as I play by ear and by sight.

Another great piano book from Yanni. This one, truth be told, isn't my favorite, but I still think that all Yanni fans need to get this book. The selections from If I Could Tell You are lovely and "feel" better when playing them because they seem to have been written for the piano. The selections from Tribute, however, are simplifications of the original orchestral score, and therefore feel different when playing them. These are slightly more difficult than In My Time, but they are still worth learning to play.
