Only take 1 scoop because that's all you need. I have noticed a small amount of exhaustion several hours later after my workouts, not sure if I'm not drinking enough water with it, or if it's because I'm working out so much harder than I used to before taking it. I'm a runner and have tried almost every kind of supplements out there, I've gotten the best bang for my buck and my performance from momentous. I'll never use another kind ever again.

Today is day 1. I dissolved the scoop in hot water first due to other reviews that it clumps in cold. Added ice and let it cool down. I will say it’s not a good taste with just water. It’s chalky. I added a scoop of protein powder and much better! Let’s see how this goes! Been waiting awhile to try this.

It’s creatine. I use it as a daily supplement of 5 grams per day. I don’t have intense workouts anymore but I do feel a difference in strength. Don’t expect it to dissolve in cold water because like I said, it’s creatine… it won’t. Just stir it, drink, repeat. I have had no stomach issues. Pretty good value. No problems with the seller.

I really love this creatine. It mixes easily as it is tastelessin my coffee, which is a big plus as it is tasteless. The product has delivered great results for me. I use 10 mg on workout days and 5 mg on the weekends.

Taste is just like any other, but this is really fine + easy to dry scoop
