Had my unit yesterday and after only using it once had problems with it not heating up. contacted the seller and was told to contact the support team of the JGmaker, so I did and after just replying to one email they ignored even though I told them the falt and was told to check the thermostat sensor which I did and even replaced it with the spare. i have tryed changing all the setings and still dose not work.So don't waste your money buying this model as you get no help when you get a faulty unit or help in correcting it.

The media could not be loaded.  when i 1st got the jg maker i was not expecting much from it just an another 3d printer but when i got it all setup and printing which was really easy i then saw the prints this machine can do and was amazed definitely worth the 5 stars

Esta impresora me está dando muchos dolores de cabeza....Viene con los pasos de los motores mal configurados, con la cama caliente deformada, el tensor del motor del extrusor muy malo, los rodamientos de la base me duraron 1 semana, los tornillos de tensar la cama caliente son excesivamente largos, y si le pones un cristal encima tienes que cambiarlos por unos más cortos.En general, si eres novato en esto no te compres está si no quieres tener que estar continuamente cambiando cosas i mejorándola.Una vez todo cambiado/mejorado la impresora imprime bien, pero de serie no.

Nach 14 Tage kam permanent die Fehlermeldung "Thermal Runaway" - die Drucktemperatur wurd nicht gehalten und der Druck nach dem ersten Layer abgerochen - geht wieder zurück!
