Beyon any expectations. I filed the claim on a vaccum cleaner that quit working. I expected to receive instruction to take the unit to a local authrized repair shop. Instead, I received a Amazon gift card for the price of the unit. So, I will use it to buy a new vaccum cleaner. This entire process took no more than 5 days. Excellent.

Excellent! First time I've had to use Asurion. My stick vacuum quit working. I had to box it up and send it to them, but they paid shipping. I was kept informed along the way. Within I'd say a week or less, they made a decision that it couldn't be fixed, and immediately issued an Amazon gift card for the amount of purchase. I bought another vacuum, and another Asurion Protection plan.

Definitely worth buying.

They couldn’t fix my robot vacuum and refunded the whole thing. Well least I can get a new one, maybe a different brand. Thank you.

When your item breaks and you actually need their help, they make the replacement process nearly impossible.Instead of standing by their service, they’ll run you in circles with endless requirements, vague instructions, and unhelpful support. In the end, you’re left with no replacement and no resolution, just a lot of wasted time and the feeling of being scammed.They’re quick to take your money, but when it comes time to deliver on their promise, good luck. Avoid Asurion at all costs — it’s not worth it.

Not to expensive and good peace of mind just in case it has problems.
