I bought this bed so that my granddaughter who is eight would have a nice comfortable bed to sleep on when she comes to visit. It is on the soft side and for her body weight it is perfect.

My husband and I have been sleeping on a lumpy, incredibly uncomfortable standard KING mattress for years. The stupid thing was so expensive. I think we were trying to get every last penny out of the purchase...we can be stubborn like that too. It eventually just was not worth it anymore.So I researched different mattresses and spoke to friends. Kept on hearing about Casper. Liked the idea that it had the cooling gel (I run hot) and the fact you don't have to wait 2-3 days for the mattress to expand, liked the warranty and the price was pretty good.I was so glad that it was available on Amazon, it added a layer of confidence if there had been an issue.So I ordered the mattress and 2 days later it was delivered.OMG...like seriously OMG...the first night and every night afterwards, my sleep has been deeper and better than ever. My husbands back pain is gone..like poof! We had no adjustment period of going from a standard mattress to a foam type mattress. No issue with a smell. If you have another person able to help to unpack and set the mattress up, that would be great...and definitely set it up where you are going to be sleeping...thing gets heavy and bulky...FAST.Bottom line: We LOVE this mattress. Period.

This mattress is soft cushy, but most of all supported. The edges are soft as other reviews list, but I got a king size and that isn’t a problem. The bed is very supportive in the middle. After purchasing my first memory foam mattress, I knew that all I would buy in the future. I get the best sleep ever on this one than I ever have on any other mattress. Plus it comes with a long trial to see if it’s for you. This mattress is for people who love a supported soft mattress. Not sure what the negative reviews are but I do recommend this.

Best mattress ever!

I would suggest buying this mattress from Casper if you want to try it. The mattress came in the box with a date August 2022. I Bought it in 2023 October. I believe because of that the mattress only expanded to 9 inches instead of 11. Also, the plastic wrap was ripped like someone returned it. The corners are flatter than the rest of the mattress. Today I woke up with my lower back being very sore and uncomfortable.

I had a memory foam matress which I loved since day 1. about 3-4 months ago, I had bad issues with my left trap muscles, I believe was due to laying on my left side, so I had to lay on my right side and start going to physical therapy. I bought this mattress on November 21st, it is now November 29th and can say that the pain is gone. I can sleep on my left side again with no issues.The smell was immediate when I opened it up and I let it sit for about an hour. It was gone, or at least I thin it was. I smelt a little of it that night. The next night, I didn't smell a thing. It may be cause I got used to it, but whatever the case, I don't smell the chemical smell I did when I first opened it up.Update Jan 26, 2021:My shoulder pain is almost all gone. The bed does not smell and I enjoy every night I sleep on it. No smell. I have no issues other than I should have got a King. I highly recommend this bed.

This mattress met all my expectations as it pertains to comfort and support for the back. Was very easy unpack and setup.

I have great sleeps with no pain

I bought this bed because of hip/leg pain. I woke up after sleeping on the Casper bed almost pain free.Great purchase!My only complaint is that it has a chemical smell which I hope will go away in a few days

Purchased 3 Casper mattresses and they will not expand correctly. These are like seconds in my opionion Two of the mattresses the corners are not square and not fully expanded. My phone experience with Amazon was terrible. They do not send somebody to pick up the mattresses to be returned. Not sure how they expect us to take 3 king sized mattresses to a courier. When I asked the customer service lady very nicely how this was feasible she explained the same thing over again and told me she would disconnect the call which she did. I am astounded at their lousy service. Buy Casper in an actual Casper store!
