Really help you go to sleep
Work great. I take 2 in about 20 minutes I'm off to bed. Don't fight it just lay down and have a great night sleep. Really helps put you to sleep without the groggy feeling the next day.

Melatonin on its own doesn’t work well for me but the combination of other herbs and melatonin in this blend does actually work!

Unusable
I finally found something that helped., but this came unusable. I didn’t like that it came in one big glob. So I’m out of money and sleep. Of course you can’t get your money back or a replacement. 😢
