I'm 5'6, 138 lbs, with a slim/athletic build. I wear a 34B in Victorias Secret (Body) bras. I bought a Medium (sized up according chart recommendations). This bra was snug and kept everything in place. It was not so snug that my workout was uncomfortable, but I would say it's too snug to be wearing all day. Someone with a larger cup size could definitely fit comfortably in a Medium, but I'm not sure about those with a larger band size. I bought this bra because I struggle with taking off my sports bras after a workout (I have an injured wrist that does not bend well). Although this one has a back clasp, I did not find it to be too much easier. This bra is lightly lined - the padding is not excessive, but ensures you have some shape and no nipple show-thru. The light padding is permanent so you won't have to worry about readjusting or searching for the pads after each wash. I highly recommend this bra. It works very well for high impact exercises, such as running.

I hate bouncing when I run and this bra my favorite by far! Extremely supportive, comfortable, stylish and stays in shape if you hang it to dry. Have 3 of them and use them weekly for a couple years now without wearing out. Yes, the s hook closure is a little tricky, but works and has never come undone.

First I bought a size medium. I am 34D. The medium was truly a compression/sports bra. Held me in place and great support. Too tight for everyday wear though. I loved the design of this, so I bought a size large to wear as a regular bra. The larger size is perfect for that.If you are looking for a comfortable daily bra, size up. If you want a tight sports bra, order your correct size.

This is my current favorite sports bra! I run and do triathlons and this is my go to bra for race days, especially for longer races. I have an athletic build but D cups and struggle to find a bra that is supportive without being too restrictive in my movement. This bra does that and eliminates the "bounce factor" when I run or do cardio. I will say that in was skeptical trying this to put it on the first time and was thinking I might st have ordered the wrong size, but one I got it on and situated it felt great. Will definitely be ordering again!

This is this very best sports bra I've ever owned. I plan to buy one for every day of the week. It secures well and I don't have to worry about anything. The only discomfort I've experienced is that I'm carrying girls a little differently so my neck and upper back was sore the first time I wore the bra all day. I'm accustomed to wearing 2 bras when I run and I don't think I'll have to with this bra.

It does the job but I wish the straps were adjustable. A bit tight for me. Runs small.

I love this bra. I really wish it was discontinued. Very good support for running and I’m large breasted. I also like that it doesn’t completely “smash” the girls.

I found these sports bras recommended on Reddit and wowie wow, they are great! I ordered ones recommended for high impact and they truly keep everything in one spot. When I first unpacked them I was certain I wouldn't be able to get it on but once it is on nothing is moving. I live in really hot and humid temperatures for most of the year and having the bra like hook at the back does help peeling it offonce finished a run or a boot camp session. Also, thank the designer gods that someone figured out how to include bra padding that DOESN'T MOVE! There is no shifting while running, nothing missing when coming out of the wash and no weird bulge from a misshapen cup! I will say though, not so comfortable for just lounging around.These will be my new go-to.
