Yes, dependent on software being used supporting that. Will act like there are 4 separate capture cards, providing 4 unique sources. And host computer must meet recommended performance specs to support the capture card and software being used.

According to Magewell site, yes you can install multiple cards at once - http://www.magewell.com/capture/pro-capture Magewell cards max out at 4 inputs per card, so you might also look at BlackMagic Design Decklink Quad 2, with higher density of 8 inputs on one card
