My Achilles injury was years ago and it still hasn't healed correctly. I couldn't put much pressure on my left ankle so walking became difficult and walking up hill was even worse! I read the reviews, which I'm always skeptical of, and there was one about a Mom who says she got one for her son and who knew this little thing..... that is me. I put it on and went for a walk....little problem...walked uphill....little problem but oh my gosh, I struggled uphill and today, with it on, I walked up that hill with little to no difficulty. Thank you to that Mom for her review and I finally have some life back!

My 11 year old son was recently diagnosed with Sever’s disease. He plays soccer and LAX all year and couldn’t walk without pain. Skeptical, but willing to try anything, I bought the Tendon Trak. My son was immediately able to walk without pain, and could practice and play with only minimal complaints. I wish I had this for my older daughter when she was suffering from Sever's during her gymnastics. It is so simple to use. I highly recommend it!!!

This item down not add enough pressure to tendon area. Cuts off circulation to foot if too tight. Square design dig into skin. Wound not recommend.
